Platform role disclaimer

Ultra Food (開席) is an information and transaction platform for catering — not the restaurant or caterer itself.

• We provide listings, filters, membership, inquiry, checkout, payment tools and records.
• Menu accuracy, food quality, on-time delivery and on-site service are the merchant’s responsibility.
• We do not arbitrate commercial disputes between guests and merchants, and do not guarantee negotiation outcomes.
